网友来到这里，如果你回帖，招呼他/她们，当然一般他/她们是高兴的，感觉到一种认同。但是也未必在任何情况和任何时候都希望你前后左右地显得过于殷勤。大家会理解版主平常也很忙，不能要求“及时”和“面面俱到”。小孩子来玩还可能会在很多时候希望It'ok to just leave me alone.我觉得除去你一时事情缠身的时候，做的不错。许多时候，just let it be.
网友之间在这里有不愉快的时候，除去需要删帖的情况，作为版主，少作为和不作为要好于多作为的情况。清官不断家务事。网友之间发泄某种不满，你不让其发泄以解决其之间的问题，可能使得双方都因为没有发泄出来而心里不痛快。网络上和生活中不同的就是难免冷言酸语和明讥暗讽。It's normal. Whoever doesn't think so is not normal.
