Try this :
1. Go to the Menu Bar, click on 'Tools',
2. Then click 'Internet options',
3. Click 'General',
4. Click 'Languages',
5. Click ' Add',
6. Choose the language of your choice that you want to read e.g. Chinese(PRC),
7. Click 'OK' to go out.
8. Next, go to 'Fonts'
9. Click 'Chinese Simplied' (if this is what you want)
10 Click 'ok' and exit.
8. Restart your computer ( even though you might not need to )
