不过，这是加拿大的政府联合法官玩的高着，一方面，向世界证明加拿大是民主的，政府移民部武断专制，加拿大司法体系博得好名声。另一方面，一个移民要想过来的各种具体手续还是要靠移民部，而不是法官。法官只是判决移民部的做法，而不是一个移民能不能过来。所以结果其实还不如一刀切，因为绝大多数经过复审肯定还是过不来。作者: gonow2008 时间: 2012-7-4 10:52

The thinking of the judge, who happily does not have to run a staggering economy and deal with the broken and abused immigration system other than his own agenda, is how the Immigration department got into the mess it is in. What choice does Minister Kenney have? Freeze all intake until the backlog is cleared? Will people be happy if processed but denied for being ineligible? Yeah it will break no deal or law whatsoever but it's a fucked-up deal for both Canada and foreign applicants.
