只有中共的军队杀自己的人民。民猪国家的军队是不会的 -- Who said that? A democratic government is legally elected by the majority of people, so when some minority group of people want to cause trouble to overthrow a democratically elected government, the army has the right to kill. A dictatorial government is never legally elected by the majority of people to represent them, so it does not have the right to kill its own people because such a government itself is not legitimate
