The Government of New Brunswick has signed a provincial nominee agreement with the Government of Canada. This allows New Brunswick to play an active role in immigration by selecting applicants to fulfill specific economic needs. Final approval of an applicant and issuing visas is the responsibility of the Government of Canada.

刚看了看政府有关文件。怎么停了吗（如下），不过，生意可以先做起来。
The Government of New Brunswick will no longer accept new applicants to the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program Business Stream. This pause is effective as of September 6, 2013 and will remain in effect until further notice.

你先用maps.google.ca看一下这两个地方。
前面是当地CityHall地址，后面是我的生意地址，相距很近。

当地人并不太要求你的能力，他们更在意你有什么主观愿望。
当初我在这流浪，CityHall就有人问我，你为什么在这里开始你新生活。

我说，我喜欢这里，这里美丽，这里有海，很象我的HomeTown。
他们很高兴，查了我的经历，还用google地图看了我的HomeTown，说确实很象。
就给我推荐了那处房子，说这里有个机会，可以开办你的新生意，可以开始你的新生活。

以前房主到美国去了，他岁数很大，欠了政府几年地税，就把产权放弃了。
房子归政府了，政府要也没什么用，闲了好几年，就很便宜卖给我了。
如果当时我要说，我能力很强，我要过来赚钱，他们就不那么高兴了。

他们都知道我的计划，就是要把海参卖到中国，每销售15万加币，这里就会增加一户人家，当地就增加15万资产。他们很欣赏我的计划，也很支持，CityHall里早挂号了。
如果能形成象样的材料，他们能给我在New Brunswick省挂上号。

这里形势一派大好，可是Montreal和Toronto打不开局面，只好回国招兵买马。

对照字典我才好容易看明白，意思我用汉字标记出来，不是直译。
醒酒后帮我看看，汉字有没有误导别人的成份，如果有，我就给改过来。
关于New Brunswick省提名，以后我还要整很多材料，现在都忙不过来。

Conditionally Refundable Deposit-有条件退还定金
A conditionally refundable deposit of $75,000 CAD is required as a guarantee of your intention to operate a business in New Brunswick.  The deposit may be refunded to you, providing:
? You meet the requirements of the Deposit Agreement.  
? You and your dependent family members have been granted permanent resident status by CIC
? You and your dependent family members are permanent residents of New Brunswick.  
? Your business is established within two years of landing in Canada.  
? Your business is registered or incorporated.
? You provide proof that a minimum $125,000 CAD business investment has been made.
? You have assumed a day-to-day managerial role in the business.
? Your business has been operating for one year.
? If applicable, a partnership agreement has been duly finalized and signed by all parties. (07-2012) Page 9 of 13
为了保证您能在新省开展业务，需要事先存入定金，这些定金会退还给你，但是需要以下条件：
?您的存款符合存款协议要求。
?您和您抚养的家庭成员已经被CIC授予永久居民身份。
?您和您抚养的家庭成员已经是新省永久居民。

?如有第9-13页的可选项目，您已经正式签署并履行了合作协议。

A portion of the refundable deposit to a maximum of $30,000 CAD may be refunded to you, providing you meet the requirements listed above, with the exception that you must provide proof of a minimum $65,000 CAD business investment.
如果只能提供六万五千加币的投资证明，达到上述的其他各项标准，可以退还三万加币定金。

In the event that you are unable to establish a Business within two years of the date you land in Canada, you may make a written request to NBPNP for an extension of time.  Such a request must be made at least 30 days prior to the two year anniversary of landing in Canada.  NBPNP Officers shall consider the request, but are not obliged to grant any extension.
如果在您登陆加拿大之日起两年以内无法建立一个企业，您可以作出书面的请求要求延期。如果这样，必须在两年期满至少30天以前提出，NBPNP人员会考虑您的要求，但不保证批准。

If you wish to develop and operate a business other than the business described in the original business plan, you may submit a written request with an alternate business plan.  NBPNP Officers will consider the request but are under no obligation to consent to an alternate business plan.
如果你想开发经营原有商业计划以外的其他业务，你可以提交书面申请作为备用商业计划。 NBPNP人员会考虑您的请求，但没有义务同意您的备用商业计划书。

In the event you fail to operate an approved business within two years of the date you land in Canada, the Province of New Brunswick will retain the deposit.  In the event that you are not granted a Permanent Resident Visa, the Deposit, without interest, will be refunded to you.
在您登陆加拿大之日起两年内，新不伦瑞克省将保留您的存款。如果发生意外，您无法正常运行已被批准的业务，您将不被授予永久居民签证，在存款不计利息的情况下，将退还给您。
