Don't marry any one down there!  It's too dangerous!

Mostly, they r just cheating your money and trying to earn their "free" legal immigration status in canada. Plus, u might get big trobules, as canada's law protect women who may bring u to court and ask big money from u for support after her divorce with u and gone for her new lover boy friend.

I agree it is very dangerous to marry China girl from China. But under the canada's law, it is fair for both man and woman, not only protect woman.
If you can provide all the events to court, you can suit her and get a fair for you. If you prove she using you to get the status. She has a lover before she immigrate. You can out it into court.

You can get the money from her until your next marriage.

It is because there are many many case like that, mostly you can win in court. Normally, you can get your money in the first time. They will run away later on.
