Judging from its property tax $5189 based on 2008 mpac assessment. At 1% tax rate for Richmond Hill, the property worth like 520 K in 2008. It is not even in prime location of Richmond Hill, in addition a 40ft wide lot in Richmond Hill is just a cookie cutter property. So one can assume a 30% increase since 2008. Hence the property worth only 676 K in 2012. It is sold at 818K buddy.

这房子就拿来住的,只要生活水平好,住哪都一样,当然房子价格低,人的生活水平就高.
现在买是最不好的时候,房子才刚开始跌,至于什么时候买,至少跌20%后再考虑,美国跌几年了,跌多少,可以做为参考,两个国家情况一样.而且经过今后几年的跌,大家对房地产有相反的看法,那时房价会在低位稳定一段时间. |
