We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel our service. The
following is a confirmation for your cancellation details:
Your cancellation date is 03/17/2014, reference number: 2463831
If your service is still in 30 days warranty period:
1. The cancellation date is the date you submit the cancellation
request,.
2. Any long distance you made during the warranty period will be
charged at our regular rates showing on www.ciktel.com.
3. You may keep the equipment without refund or by paying for the
free equipment we provided. Or, within 7 days after the cancellation
date, return equipment in the original package and accessories to
CIK office for equipment purchase fee refund;
4. Call your former phone company to reject porting request if your
number is still in porting process.
If your service is cancelled BEYOND 30 days warranty period:
1. Your cancellation date will be the 30 day later after you
submitted cancellation request or the date you confirmed with our
cancellation department.
2. For purchased equipment or equipment with deposit option, no need
to return it and no refund will be provide for it.
3. For rent equipment, you have two options: return it for deposit
refund or keep it without deposit refund. If you choose to keep the
equipments, please tell our cancellation department. If you prefer
to return it, please return it within 7 days from the cancellation
date.
4. For free promotional equipment, please return it to us if you use
the service for less than 1 year or tell our cancellation department
that you will pay for the equipment and keep it for your own usage.
For customers under contract with CIK Telecom, all remaining service
fee will be charged as being described in the contract. The amount
will be shown on your next invoice.
Once you choose to return our equipment based on the policy above,
please be noticed that:
If the equipment is not receive within 7 days after the cancellation
date, we will not accept any return and there is no refund for the
purchase fee. If you are using our free promotional equipment, and
equipment fee will apply.

All equipments being returned will be examined and tested. No refund
for manually damaged equipments. Final refund will be done by check
or to customer’s credit card, IN 4-6 WEEKS from the date we receive
the equipments.
The return package should include the paper information, hardware
unit(s), power adaptor(s), small stand(s), filter(s), Ethernet
cable(s), USB cable(s), HDMI cable(s), installation CD (s),
Audio/Video cable(s), remote controller(s), battery(s), and the user
manual, depending on the model of the equipment. There will be a $10
charge for each missing part. All equipment should be returned at
customer’s own cost upon the cancellation. |
