但是,在这个制度下,每个成为1%的人都是靠ripp off others, yet legally under this system, to get rich.  It's a system of dog-eat-dog. It's a bad game regardless who become the 1% eventually because it's build at the expenses of human beings.

If I, as your suggestion, had worked my way up to a billionaire, my financial success would have impoverished millions, if not billions, of  my fellow human beings. In another word, If I can't create the impoverished millions of people, it's impossible, under this system, for me to become a billionaire.

That's the only way to get to top 1% under this system - to get rich top becoming the 1% by taking money from the 99%.

This is the system which made the country from virtually nothing to one of the richest countries in the world. The country are formed by immigrants. Most immigrants did not have too much when they were here, and accumulated their wealths via their hard working. To say "your financial success must impoverished millions" is just completely nonsense.

天朝5毛,这里没人喊反党口号,你可以回去交差了。
套用贵党口头语:

反对干涉他国内政

我干涉了么?我就像来马戏团看杂耍来了;没牢骚,不干涉,就看热闹:laugh:

The country has past its prime time under this present system. The system need urgently a overhaul if the country wants to keep and grow its prosperity.  Over the human society history, the civilization rises and falls for many reasons, one of critical cause that led the fall of a great country is the decay of a system.  The present system in this country as well as in other major developed countries had its prime time, and now it becomes corrupted, shows cracks, and starts to collapse  ...   either fix it or let it fall, it's up to everybody in these countries.

Just look back at Rome Empire, Ottoman Empire, and so many more ...  won't you learn anything from their rise-and-fall?

You are an immigrant, this is not your home country. If you hate it, go somewhere else.

If anybody in this continent ever has any right to say what you said, it should not be people like you and me, it's aboriginal people who have the every right to say that to you, to me and to the people who arrived here about 500 years ago from other continents and their descendants.

Instead, they did not say it and they welcomed us ...  not sure if you can see and understand the fact.

Here is a link to an article, please take a look at the data and charts, then you will see the fact that in this system the emerge of billionaires means the creation of vast masses of impoverished population.

我这句话算牢骚和干涉了么?如果我拦在投票站门口,不让大家投票,那叫干涉。否则,只能算嘲笑,调戏一下。

Here was what I said "From what I see, you simply hate the system. Then I do not understand why you still love the country and fight for the BIG CHANGE (in your case a REVOLUTION).
You are an immigrant, this is not your home country. If you hate it, go somewhere else."

If you quote someone, at least quote exactly not part of it.

You have every right to stay. I just expressed wonderness why you hate the system but fight for a revolution (which would never happen) in a country where is not even your home country. Your root is not here, it's difficult for regular people to understand.

I think the system has a lot to be improved (for different reasons as yours ). The fundamental difference between you and me is that I believe this is the best (not perfect) system in the world.

The system was the best, but this system is deteriorating on its way to collapse, I don't think it can be saved.

The democracy has been reduced to money-controlled mechanism from constituents-controlled one. Regardless who or which party in power, they all have to play the same game by the same play book. That's why we see today people are so disenfranchised and they don't even bother to vote in the system.  The voter turn-out rates keep dropping almost in all western country.

The occupy movement is a clear sign that people, first the young people, realized that change-player-but-play-the same-game won't work any more.  They require real change with substance from the system, not Obama's hollow change slogan.  Don't you figure out anything at the fact the occupy movement has swept over 900 cities and regions all over the world? How can anybody possibly dismiss it?

Of course, there are always some people would dismiss the undismissible, like the 1% or some from the 99% but failed to spot the signal given by occupy movement.

I believe the occupy movement is the beginning of a non-violence revolution that would change the rule of the world is run. Given it some time, we'll see what comes out. No quick fix here.

    Yah yah.

How many people are occupying? Like 9? Can you say 9 people represent 99%? Don't deny there are far more people lined up for iPhone 4S

Maybe there are 9 occupiers in each of 900 cities. Yet there are far more activists, homeless and young kids who want to skip school, who form the majority of occupiers.

Dream is a good thing. Keep dreaming
