有关谷爱凌国籍问题的更新，IOC在回复我的查询时给出了和中国领事馆不同的说法，称：
“谷女士于2019年获得中国国籍。在2020年洛桑青年冬奥之前，体育国籍变更已于2019年12月提交给IOC执委并获批，严格按照《宪章》41条1款2款附则。
中国奥委会遵循适当程序，提交了必要文件，包括她的中国护照副本。”
