But from all indications (I was in Toronto when that happened last year so it stuck in my mind), Michael Bryant drove aggresively before that "accident" as well. Were you there when the accident happened? Did you see with your eyes that the driver intentionally killed the cyclist? If so, I suggest you talk to the police. If not, what make you so sure that he is guilty?
This is a society governed by law, which means you need to assume a person innocent until you can prove him guilty in the court of law.  Just because a person is a government official, or rich does not automatically mean he is guilty. This is democratic Canada, not Mao's China. You are looking at the world through your colored glasses

中国也是法制国家。中加关系说的把人打的头破血流的官员也应该是“innocent before he is proven guilty”。而你们这些毒轮运们从来都是“assumes he is guilty before proven innocent“。中国是民主集中制的法制国家，not民猪的加拿大。You are looking at the 中国 through your colored glasses。
