Letting offences go
During the years of reaching out and praying for many people, I found the greatest hindrance and obstacle for many people not getting healed was their lack of knowledge in not LETTING OFFENCES GO. I found they were often blind to Jesus’ Words saying, “OFFENCES WOULD COME, BUT NOT TO BE OFFENDED.” As I continued to pray and search the scriptures, the Lord began impressing on my heart, TO ASK THEM IF THEY HAVE BEEN OFFENDED BY SOMEONE, INSTEAD OF , DO YOU HOLD ANY UNFORGIVENESS TOWARDS SOMEONE. As I began asking them from that approach, with a more gentle and compassionate approach, understanding their many scars from the past, I noticed they were more open and will to confess their own sins for being angry and bitter towards the other person who offended them, hey began to understand Jesus’ Words, “Father ‘forgive them for they know not what they do.” They had more compassion and understanding for the other person, and began praying for their salvation, as a result, they were often filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, Praise God. Jesus said, “ not to let the sun go down on your wrath;” therefore, we need to forgive very quickly before the offence becomes a deep seated spirit of anger. This kind of spirit can go to the depths of our souls, to bring greater havoc upon our lives, possibly interfering with our health, and emotions. We need to let offences go quickly, and be very quick to forgive before a root of anger, bitterness or un-forgiveness takes place-which absolutely BLOCKS GOD’S PRESENCE AND PROVISION FROM OUR LIVES. You have o let go of that which does not prosper, which destroys and does not build. Therefore, do not cling to any offence that robs you of God’s presence-LET IT GO. We must keep in mind, whatever we do, say or think about another person, we are doing, saying and thinking about Jesus.
Sincerely,
