10月7日，同时寄出两个包裹都是到大连，其中一个11月中旬已到，另一个就从13日清关开始......，期间打了无数次电话，两周两周的让我等，等了N个两周后，1月5日打电话告诉我2个月没到就可以填索赔单，丢的概率就非常大了，1000多刀的化妆品，补偿100，还感觉他们已经很仁慈了。

我于9月份从美国寄送了一箱东西，价值近2w元其中包括给孩子买的圣诞礼物，怎会想到至今未到货，不仅耽误自己的事情，对孩子的承诺也失信。在此其中，每天我在查询状态，浪费时间，耗费情感。在其中，查询网站宕机不下5次，大家可以想象连一个网站，门户，都管理不好的有什么资格能提供好的服务。之后我发邮件，开始还回简单的几句，根本没有站在消费者的立场。最后连邮件也不回了。我希望通过我的经历给大家提醒，不要因为便宜几$而受到经济，时间，情感的损失。我现在准备继续在美国的投诉部门申诉，对于这种差劲的物流公司决不手软！！！

I am total agree with all of you guys, we need find a way to let's the government know this fraud business, they take advantage about the people who doesn't speak English.
I will call the better business bureau tomorrow.
We sent the package early Oct, and we don't even know where is the package. The phone doesn't work, the people is liar, they told us last week the package will arrive this week.
I am speechless about this business. They are worse than the robery, because we pay them to steal our money.

Don't believe a word they told you, they told us the same thing. I will call the better business bureau. If you don't know the number you can call 311, they will give you.

You are luck, least you got one. I sent $3k package, paid them $500 fees. They steal whole, cannot believe this happened in American.
We need together to let's this fraud business close, otherwise, there will have more victims.

I find out their site is fake, don't trust the site. They charged you express price and shipping the package by ships.

我的包包是10月25号寄出来的，用的是美国ANL 新干线快递，10月27出了美国，10月29到了中国，然后 ...Rosie
Call 212-500-7500, we need let's the government to know what they had done to us.
ANL is fraud business, they charge express fee, ship your package through the ship. And they will lie to you when you call. The people who works there should feel shamed, they are liars.
