破产只有7年时间借不到钱, 之前的债务一笔勾销. 7年之后破产记录就没了, 跟其他人一样了. 老唐领个破产花7年时间摆脱一切债务, 太划算了.

When you have these charges pending, it is not just an easy situation where filing personal bankruptcy will solve Tang's problems.

Please refrain from commenting on the legal aspects of the case.
Please do not spread half truth as that would cause unnecessary confusions among the public and Tang's victims.

上次不是法庭批准拍卖老唐的房子，拍卖结果出来了，去掉银行及费用，反而无利可图，不得不放弃了！
老唐的房子都不怕被拍卖，现在拿政府救济。
最终纳税人亏了，老唐也笑不了！

没钱的确等于破产， 但公司破产不能抵消法人代表所犯过的犯罪行为。查账， 就是查唐在资金调拨分配过程中是否有违法行为，例如拿别人的投资款给另一人发红利等。如果查实，等待唐的依然是牢狱。

Yes, there was an auction but there was no auction result because the auction did not go through!!! It was withdrew!!! The person wanted something out of it in the end. But if that person was thinking about the greater good , the situation for Tang would be different completely. It would be much worse for Tang and it would make it so much easier to crack this nutcase!

As for wasting taxpayers' money, you would be even angrier if you know exactly how the court and prosecution is going about this matter!!!  But you are excused for being a person looking in from outside.

Don't forget that from the lawyers' perspective , it is mostly business and not personal. Well, if it is business then it is a matter of assessing risk and reward.
After all the law firm has nothing personal against Mr. Tang!!!!

Never mind those who are part of the gathering crowd who are loitering. Somehow when the messages and perceptions are too twisted ,, you and I have the duty to straighten it!!!
